Rules and Regulations for Splash 2024
Entry Requirements
- All attendees must present a valid college ID at the entrance for verification. Entry will be denied if a valid college ID is not provided, regardless of ticket purchase.
- Each participant’s QR code will be scanned upon entry. Ensure you have your QR code ready on your device or as a printed copy for a smooth check-in. A physical ID is recommended for faster verification.
- Only QR codes issued by the official Student Union email will be accepted.
QR Code Color System
To facilitate organized entry, different colors have been assigned to QR codes based on access to specific event days:
- Red QR Code: Day 2 Pass – Valid for Day 2 events only.
- Purple QR Code: Day 3 Pass – Valid for Day 3 events only.
- Black QR Code: Day 4 Pass – Valid for Day 4 events only.
Each QR code is valid for one-time use only. Once scanned, re-entry will not be permitted.
Prohibited Items
- For safety reasons, no outside food, beverages, or prohibited substances are allowed at the venue. Security checks may be conducted.
Behavioral Conduct
- Attendees must maintain respectful behavior towards event staff, participants, and others. The organizers reserve the right to remove individuals for disruptive behavior.
Personal Belongings
- Please keep personal belongings secure, as the event organizers are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Event Photography and Filming
- By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recording, which may be used for promotional purposes.
